FFEIRIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About Ffeirio
Ffeirio is a barter-based creative service. It provides professional websites, branding, video and digital support in exchange for goods, services or other items of agreed value. Ffeirio does not operate on a monetary payment model. All work is exchanged through mutually agreed, non-cash value. Ffeirio does not provide legal advice, financial advice or business coaching.2. Nature of Exchange
All work is provided on the basis of fair and equal exchange.
Both parties agree:
what is being offered / what is being received / the perceived value of each.
This agreement is confirmed in writing before work begins. Ffeirio reserves the right to decline any proposed exchange where:
• the value is unclear, unequal or impractical;
• the offering is not usable or relevant;
• expectations are unrealistic.3. Scope of Work
All work is based on a clearly agreed scope at the outset.
This may include:
• written proposal
• email agreement
• defined project brief
Any work outside this scope may:
require a revised exchange
be treated as a separate agreement. Changes in direction, concept or brief after work has started may affect timelines and
the balance of exchange.4. Agreement of Value
Value is not fixed or standardised.
It is assessed based on:
• time
• complexity
• usefulness
• market equivalence (where relevant)Both parties must explicitly agree that the exchange is fair before work begins. Once agreed, this value forms the basis of the exchange and is binding.5. Delivery of Exchange
The timing of exchange will be agreed in advance. This may include:
• full delivery before creative work begins
• staged exchange alongside project milestones
• delivery upon completionFfeirio reserves the right to:
• pause work if agreed exchange is not delivered as agreed
• withhold final work until the exchange is fulfilled.6. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are part of the process.
However, repeated changes of direction, substantial re-briefing or ongoing indecision may result in a reassessment of the exchange,
additional agreed value being required.7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
• provide clear, accurate and timely information
• respond within a reasonable timeframe
• supply content that you own or are licensed to useDelays in communication or decision-making may:
• delay delivery
• affect the agreed exchange if timelines shift significantly.8. Suitability of Exchange
All goods and services offered must be:
• legal
• ethical
• safe
• as described
• deliverable within a reasonable timeframeFfeirio is not responsible for:
• the quality, safety or outcome of goods or services received in exchange
• any issues arising after the exchange has been completedAny disputes relating to the exchanged item or service remain the responsibility of the provider.9. Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of Ffeirio until the agreed exchange has been fully completed.Once the exchange is fulfilled you are granted the right to use the final agreed materials for their intended purpose.Drafts, unused concepts and exploratory work remain the property of Ffeirio unless agreed otherwise.10. Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Where work involves third-party platforms (e.g. website hosts, Canva, social media tools):You are responsible for:
• maintaining your own accounts
• complying with platform terms
• ongoing subscriptions or costs (if applicable)Ffeirio is not responsible for:
• platform changes
• pricing updates
• technical restrictions imposed by third parties.11. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Ffeirio provides professional creative work, but does not guarantee: business growth / increased visibility / client enquiries / financial outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors beyond the work provided.12. Professional Boundaries
Ffeirio operates within clear professional boundaries. The exchange of services does not create a partnership, an employment relationship, an advisory relationship (unless explicitly agreed). All communication is expected to remain respectful and appropriate.13. Termination
Either party may end an agreement at any time with written notice. In such cases:
• work completed to date will be assessed
• a proportional exchange will be required or retained.Ffeirio reserves the right to terminate immediately if:
• agreed exchange is not honoured
• communication breaks down
• behaviour becomes unreasonable or inappropriate.14. Liability
Ffeirio is not liable for:
• indirect or consequential losses
issues arising from third-party services
• misuse or misrepresentation of delivered work
• technical issues outside of its control.All work is provided in good faith and to a professional standard.15. Acceptance
By proposing, agreeing to or proceeding with an exchange, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.16. Final Note:
Ffeirio is built on trust, clarity and fairness. The exchange only works when both sides value what the other brings.
